US fuel exports to Mexico to increase as Mexico’s newest refinery [Dos Bocas namelpte 340,000 BPD] just announced it can only proces 16,250 BPD of crude oil.

This latest event coupled with fires @ 2 other Mexican Refineries and recent throttling bac of operations at a third refinery due to air pollution are putting a real crimp on refined fuel output. Highly embarassing to AMLO who has made self-sufficiency in fuels a MAJOR political issue……and elections only a week away.
