Wrap – Week Ended 03/24/26

Group trying to find traction with modest gains in most traditional energy ETFs and in the ZLT as well. The oil service names continue to lag on fear but we've not seen evidence of a rollover in activity or pricing yet.

Questions and comments under The Wrap will be addressed in the Monday post.

Questions about the site maybe addressed to zman@zmansenergybrain.com.

Other Notable Items.

Frac spreads reached our target level of 290 to 300 late in the quarter (vs or expectation of mid quarter). Not a big deal and our sense has been that the early year slippage and late rally has been a function of basin to basin moves, adverse weather, and a difference in accounting for spreads vs aggregate horsepower. Fears of roll in activity are unfounded.
