Housekeeping Watch

    • For ease of use, we've moved 2019 to 2021 trades to the older blotter and the new blotter shows 2022 and forward.

  1. First of all, happy new year

    I was doing some digging into CRK and noticed a few interesting items that may have already been covered here:

    If i am seeing correctly, short interest is above 13%–much higher than expected. Is this a direct move on the anticipated drop in nat gas?

    Insider buys in the 4th quarter:
    50,000 shares bought by Jay Allison 9/16/2022
    14,000 shares bought Morris Foster 12/9/2022
    15,000 shares bought Jim Turner 12/22/2022

    Reviewing the 2022 blotter, quite a few rounds of buying CRK at levels ranging from $9 to $20. Now seems a good time to initiate a position ($13.71) if not currently invested.

    As natural gas has fallen (and may continue) I am looking to add CRK, AR or CHK. Just trying to get caught up on some homework.
