Wrap – Week Ended 11/12/21

The ZLT ended down 1.3% on the week as our modest oil service holdings weighed on the portfolio while oily and gas positions ebbed slightly, offsetting strong gains in our solar and other renewables tied names.  RIVN IPO shares were only in the personal and we've not added a ZLT position there. In the week ahead 3Q21 energy earnings season will wind down but we do have a flurry of reports into the end as well as a key analyst day for ENPH.

Holdings Watch:

  • We added to one small cap, oily Permian last week.
  • We sold our position in COP at average $72.91, up 22%, purely for profit protection given market conditions.  We held a middling sized position and have no change with regards to the positive story of significant cash flow and return of capital here and we look forward to reloading our position later and potentially lower.
  • The blotter is updated.

Relative low volume area above for the ETF and a number of individual stocks. Little supply to contend with.
SHLS,ENPH,ARRY all high relative strength vs the group. Good calls Z.

Weekly Three consecutive weeks of heavy demand volume, tailing off towards the end of last week. Lots of supply to work through here..
Daily Up against next level of heavy supply from 40 up…Minor support at previous
acceptance at 37.19.If that level is rejected as too high a break of 35 targets support at 32.

Weekly Follow through on long term volume base break.
Choppy/grind at 12.32, major acceptance. Need to see a break and close above 12.41 to move out of acceptance and test next upside supply level at 12.91

    Zorgnak Says:

XOP Demand volume continues to tail off but price still above all major MAs and holding above this months point of control at 105.41.
110 would be a level to watch for another leg up..if/when. Below 105 would suggest a test lower to 101.

OIH Bounce last week was sold and demand volume continues to rollover on the daily and weekly time frames.
Short and intermediate downtrend.200 Ma just below. If I was looking for a bounce it would be at previous acceptance around 200.
