Wrap – Week Ended 6/19/20

.

.

Flattish week after being up sharply in 9 of the last 12.  Note the bounce in active frac spreads even as rig counts continue to fall. This makes perfect sense as managements look to staunch the declines brought about by slashed capital programs and inactivity as we head into the second half of the year and they begin to address year end trajectory and 2021 growth, maintenance, decline thoughts. Good for our LBRT as well as DUCs begin to fly.  Our renewables choices continue to chug higher.

.

Holdings Watch:

  • No trades this week.

  • The blotter is updated.

  • We are currently over 40% renewables and over 20% natural gas centric
