The ZLT was up 7% last week (second strongest week of the year for the portfolio) and is down 13% YTD.

  • Our top 10 of 17 positions in the ZLT were up 10.9% on the week. Group is finding traction and valuations remain largely compelling.

    • Gas Weighted Heating Degree Days (HDDs) came in at 168 vs 208 normal and 199 in the prior week. 

    This week's forecast:  

    • This week, CPC predicts HDDs will jump to a season to date best 239 vs 216 normal.

    re 1 – that's an XOG site between Windsor and Greeley in Weld, thankfully the one injured worker is in stable condition.

    Natural gas in storage on track to be almost 10% below the 5 year average in 10 days.
