Questions and comments under the Wrap will be addressed in the Subscriber Mailbag section of the Monday post.

Please tune in next week as we start to see quartery E&P earnings reports roll out and as more companies release capital budgets. Please access category ZLT Stats under the pull down menu at upper left to see our full list of who is planning this year and a cheat sheet grid of key metrics. Also next week, look for our set of Pressure Relief Valves for the E&P group and our take on coming declines on an oily basin/play basis.

Article in NYTimes re HHamm's divorce. "Are C.E.O.'s That Talented, or Just Lucky". Seems he is taking the "Jed Clampett defense" which says he is 10% skill and the rest is luck. With the ex taking the other side with his high water mark at $18B. With crude lower and the original ruling in his favor. Only $974,790,317.77. There are still appeals going on. Maybe another reason for him to take off his hedges?

Z; Looking at wrap data, do you attach any significance to the long and short contracts moving toward one another? With the import #'s similar to last year (yes trend is lower), I am not sure why some of the numbers are not lower yet due to maybe lower shipping costs and storage moving higher. I can only think of different gravity weights. I may have asked this before but I am surprised trend has not been quicker?

Strike closes Hariga, Libya's last open oil port, cuts volumes below 300,000 bopd vs 1.6 mm bopm pumped before the government overthrow in 2011 and the 8 to 900,000 bopd exported in summer 2014 when expanding capacity from the country began to be a concern for prices.
