Interesting comments from noted Barron's Bear – Alan Abelson. "The changes to be wrought by the growing abundance of energy could prove amazing. Yet somewhat amazing has been the tepid reponse to them. That could be a blessing for an alert investor".

nice to see the NOG shorts getting out. seems like they are moving as fast as the price of gas, 2 steps forward 1 3/4 steps back. the direction, however, is one that suggests by the end of the year the short position should be insignificant, just in time for Zman's amazing prediction for positive cash flow. all in all this could be a great time to build a position. i've been buying the dips and averaged down when the price was under 15.

Z – a couple of the folks on the Go Haynesville Brown Dense site have been tracking those production numbers on the Brown Dense wells we were talking about this week – some interesting stuff.  I put almost no value on chat room stuff but in this case it might be worth reading.  Should make the SWN Q4 call interesting…

re 4 – thanks, have not been watching what they've been saying, good stuff there from time to time. The allowables column speaks volumes by itself.
